ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION:
STORY DISTRIBUTING PROPERTY; ARCHITECT SELECTION
Meister said that she had discussed the sale of the Story Distributing Property with the owner, and he is still planning to sell it to the Library.  Bancroft discussed the architect selection interviews with the top four teams: Apogee Architects and EHDD; Comma-Q and Lake/Flato; L’Heureux Page Werner and Bohlin Cywinski Jackson; and Overland Partners and Johnston Architects, which took place on May 8th and 9th.  Kesselheim said he was impressed by the depth of knowledge and background each team exhibited.  Action Bancroft moved that the Trustees accept the Building Committee’s recommendation that Overland Partners and Johnston Architects be retained for the new Library project pending successful negotiations and that they retain David R.
